Clients have decided on Vista tunnel for video and Cornell tunnel for stills.

The guidelines would be the same for all three locations. Two, maybe three rolling slowdowns would be allowed per hour on Sunday mornings from 12 am to 7 am, or weekdays 12am to 5 am.  You could do rolling slowdowns 15 minutes at a time, and would need to ensure that traffic clears before beginning the next rolling slow down.
